Jamie is our other front of the house backbone. Jamie has an expansive wine knowledge and is incredibly well versed in the specifics of hospitality. He studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at UMass Amherst earning his Bachelor's of Science. This led him into the wide world of the restaurant industry and immersed himself in the field, learning and developing his knowledge in the things he loved most, specifically wine. Jamie first brought his experience into Boston helping open 5 Napkin Burger in Prudential Center, before spending time at Jody Adam’s Trade. While at Trade he would get his after-work drinks from fellow Floor Captain Jake at Tavern Road. Fat Hen brings Jamie full circle as he spent time working with Chef de Cuisne Brian Miller at Andover’s Brasserie 28. In Jamie’s spare time he enjoys mashing tennis balls on the court and finding the ski slopes all year, which is surprising considering Jamie is from a small town in Georgia.
