A true celebration of some of the Fall season's best work in the wild. We are collaborating with our favorite foragers Tyler Akabane and Ben Maleson to come up with a unique menu to show off natures handy work!

Five beautiful and inspired courses focusing on different wild and cultivated mushrooms all procured by Tyler and Ben. We will have a range from local hen of the wood, chicken and matsutake to west coast chanterelles and White Alba truffles from Italy. 

All of these courses will be perfectly paired with a truly brilliant wine by our Captains Jake and Jamie.
